The Covenant Ministerium Annual Meeting
Thursday, June 27 from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, doors open at 8:00 am
The Covenant Ministerium comprises all who hold ministerial credentials through the Evangelical Covenant Church. These people are ordained, licensed, commissioned, or consecrated as a minister or missionary.
Members must have all of their elements of Good Standing current and updated on or before June 20th in order to vote and be guaranteed attendance for the Annual Meeting. Onsite payment of dues or other components to update Good Standing will not be available.
To maintain good standing, a credentialed Covenant minister must do the following:
- Pay annual dues to the treasurer of the conference in which the minister serves. Status can be checked by contacting one’s conferenceMinisterium treasurer. Military chaplains should contact the Ministerium’s Executive Committee treasurer; missionaries should contact Serve Globally.
- Complete a current profile on CovConnect. The profile should be updated every three years in order to qualify as “current.”
- Complete the Vocational Growth Tool (VGT) each year. The VGT is found under the resources tab within CovConnect.
- Maintain regular healthy connections with ECC ministerial colleagues. This can be achieved in a number of creative ways from attendance at retreats and Midwinter to regular phone or Skype conversations.

The cost to attend the Ministerium Annual Meeting is $25.
